CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made by written notification to the Organizing Secretariat.
For cancellations until April 1, 2010 50% administrative charge will be applied.
For cancellations after April 1, 2010 no refund will be made.
Refunds will be paid after the congress.
After June 15, 2010 no name changes will be accepted.
Any money transfer deduction will be charged upon arrival. |
