Logistics services for “15th Congress of the ISBI, 21 -25 June 2010 / Istanbul”

We would like to point out for this occasion that we are ready to satisfy all your Event Logistic requirements through our:

• International transportation organization with the objective of fair and congress that we effectuate by international land roads, air lines and marine services.
• Conduct of customs procedures of materials coming to Turkey for events, transfer of the same into the fair and congress sites, their distribution and delivery to the participant stands and exhibition locations through forklift, crane and so on.
• Collection of empty packages in advance of the fair in question, storage of such packages during the event period and delivery, and re-delivery of the same to the participant stands at the end of the event.
• Taking the delivery of the same materials from their stands at the end of the fair, their transfer into our export warehouse and transportation of the same back to their country or another destination.
• Provision of storage, assembly, disassembly and packaging materials before, during and after the event, and our wide range of logistic transportation services such as allocation of personnel, storage and so on.
• Conduct of actual import procedures in case of the sales of commodities at such fairs and congresses.
• Provision of customs consultancy on free of charge basis before and after the fair.
• Along with this, our network system that is one of the most important global requirements at current period has developed very well; furthermore, our website www.schenkerfairs.com, through which you can follow up any fairs worldwide and in Turkey and find current information, is at your disposal. 

In this respect ;

1- All on-side services such as loading, unloading, handling and storage will be provided by Schenker   Arkas. Only Schenker Arkas equipments will provide the necessary services in the venue area. Other  companies are not allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments. This is required to prevent   any potential damage to the stand or materials of other exhibitiors.

2- Only companies which have a written confirmation from VALÖR TURIZM will be allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments.

3- Attached Shipping Instruction are clear. If a third part supplier is involved in customs clearance of the shipment and does face problems in the Turkish customs, neither Schenker Arkas nor Valör Turizm will be responsible for the delay in the customs or for the shipments which cannot be cleared.
